FAQ

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No on Starter and Pro (self-serve and guided respectively). Enterprise includes dedicated CSM onboarding at no extra cost when you commit to 25+ agents annually.

What do PSTN minutes include?

Flat monthly rate for EU landline + mobile calls. Extra-EU and special numbers bill per minute at the add-on rate. If you bring your own trunk (BYO), these minutes don't apply — you pay your carrier directly.

Where is my data hosted?

SIVO runs by default in the EU region (Frankfurt). On Enterprise you can pick EU or US, or request a dedicated instance in another region. We never share data between tenants — isolation is enforced at the SIP-domain level plus PostgreSQL Row-Level Security.

What if I exceed transcription or AI limits?

We warn at 80% and 100%. After that, the corresponding add-on is billed. We never cut service.
