3. Consent Mode v2
SIVO implements Google Consent Mode v2 with default denied:
analytics_storage: denied
ad_storage: denied
ad_user_data: denied
ad_personalization: deniedUpdated to granted only after you explicitly accept. Until then, GA4 and other tools receive “ping” hits without persistent identifiers or cookies (modeled aggregates only).
4. Managing consent
On first visit you see a banner with three options:
- Accept all — enables analytics + marketing + functionality.
- Necessary only — only essential cookies.
- Customize — choose which categories to enable.
You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
5. Third-party cookies
Some features load third-party resources that may set their own cookies:
- Google Tag Manager loads GA4, Google Ads and any additional tag managed by our marketing team.
- YouTube (if videos embedded): cookies only after you interact with the player.
- Cloudflare: essential security cookies (no consent needed).
When you follow a link to an external domain (app.sivocenter.com, pbx.calltree.cloudtreesolutions.com, etc.) those sites’ policies apply.
6. Cookies in the SaaS app
This policy covers sivocenter.com. The operational app (*.app.sivocenter.com) uses only cookies necessary for authentication and session, described in its own internal notice and under the DPA.
7. How to disable cookies in your browser
In addition to the site banner, you can block cookies at the browser level:

8. Changes
We will notify material changes through a new consent banner. The current version is identified by the date at the top.
